Alterations Price List
I’ll need to see the garment before I can confirm the exact price; in some cases, a photo will suffice. If size/length alterations are required, you will, of course, need to try the garment on.
I’m based in Prague 6, but we can also arrange a courier service.
I usually complete most jobs within 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity and my current workload; there’s a 50% surcharge for express repairs or alterations.

| Shortening and hemming by machine or by hand with an invisible seam | 300–500 CZK |
| Shortening and hemming of ball gowns/wedding dresses (depending on width and number of layers) | 700–2,000 CZK |
| Taking in at the hips/waist | 400–600 CZK |
| Taking in the centre back seam | 100–300 CZK |
| Taking in the sleeves | 200–400 CZK |
| Shortening the sleeves | 200–300 CZK |
Shirts & Blouses
| Shortening the length | 300–500 CZK |

| Shortening the sleeves (with or without cuffs) | 200–400 CZK |

Curtains & Drapes
| Shortening curtains and drapes | 150 CZK per metre in width |
| Shortening curtains and drapes with the addition of a lead weight cord (to weigh them down — it looks more luxurious and they don’t flap about as much in a draught) | 250 CZK per metre in width |
| Resizing a pillowcase or duvet cover | 200–400 CZK |
